MINERVA'S EMPANADAS

Minerva’s Empanadas is a delicious homemade empanada share that you pick up once a month for six months. Each month you will either receive 5 or 10 frozen empanadas, plus a small container of aji (hot sauce). The 2026 delivery dates are: June 16, July 14, August 11, September 8, October 20, and November 17.

To receive 5 empanadas x 6 monthly deliveries, for a total of 30 empanadas @ $5 each, the price is $150 per share.

To receive 10 empanadas x 6 monthly deliveries, for a total of 60 empanadas @ $5 each, the price is $300 per share.

Minerva’s Empanadas are Columbian-style from El Choco in the Pacific region of Columbia, with a corn shell that makes them gluten-free. They are made from scratch in Sunnyside, using a family recipe that’s been handed down for generations. Minerva’s daughter, Martha, even grinds her own corn so the shell is extra crispy! The empanadas are frozen so you can enjoy them whenever you like; just bake or fry them to reheat. You get to choose the flavors you want each month.
