We are extremely passionate about our farming standards and practice a whole-alive-systems approach.
We deeply care and are devoted to our workers, land and energy conservation, and delivering healthy and delicious food to our customers.
— Amy Hepworth

Hepworth Farms, established 1818, is a seventh-generation family farm in Milton, New York. The farm is located on the west bank of the Hudson River, approximately 75 miles north of New York City. After graduating from Cornell University in 1982, farmer Amy Hepworth assumed leadership and began the process of dechemicalization—transitioning from conventional farming practices to organic farming with an emphasis on a “whole systems approach.” Hepworth specializes in tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, zucchini, cucumbers, and many varieties of greens. The farm is operated by Amy and her twin sister, Gail, and Gerry Greco. The vegetables we receive are 100% organic.

Hepworth grows more than 400 varieties of vegetables—20+ varieties of heirloom tomatoes and 5 kinds of broccoli. Check out their catalogues of tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and zucchini to see the incredible diversity of produce they grow. Their website has a complete list of all the vegetables they grow (with photos)—it’s worth checking out! You can also follow Hepworth Farms on Facebook if you want to watch your veggies grow from seed to harvest.
