Oysters are packed with a number of unique nutrients and minerals with great health benefits. Oysters aid in weight loss, lower cholesterol levels, reduce blood pressure, improve immune functions and increase bone strength.

Oysters are delivered in their shell and need to be opened in order to eat raw. You can find plenty of videos on how to open them on YouTube. An Oyster knife is also suggested.
